former mental health nurse and hospital manager who transformed his passion for

serving others into the creation of multiple seven-figure companies.

David Mondey is a senior real estate investment professional

with a strong track record in structuring, capital raising, and

execution across UK residential development and

income producing assets.

Stuart Rosenberg

Advisory Board Member, Chair of Credit Committee

Stuart is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience advising both FCA-regulated and non-regulated financial services businesses. He brings extensive expertise in financial governance, credit risk assessment and regulatory oversight.

In his role on the Advisory Board, Stuart will chair the Credit Committee, overseeing the underwriting framework and approval process for all lending transactions. He will ensure that each prospective borrower is subject to comprehensive financial, legal and commercial scrutiny, with a clear focus on capital preservation, disciplined credit allocation and mitigation of default
risk.
